We do not want to exaggerate with the description of this beer. In the same way, we did not want to overdo it with the beer itself.
We brewed them with Andrzej Miler – Grand Champion of Birofilia 2013 – the largest home beer competition in Poland. The idea was very simple. We imagined a “daily” beer that we would like to always have in the fridge. One that is aromatic, but not exaggerated, which is bitter but balanced, and finally one that will not knock you off your feet, but will add strength and relax.
The aroma is dominated by citrus, mango and lychee. The taste is light, crumbly, moderately bitter and fruity. Very drinkable.

Water, barley malt, wheat malt, wheat flakes, rice flakes, oatmeal, hops, yeast.
