Regardless of the current trends in brewing, a little on the side of the mainstream wave – in our own way – we are developing the range of our lagers. After Pils, MVPils, ITAPils and German Lager, we present you another “dolniak” of Three Buddies. This time with a very interesting New Zealand flair. When drinking Swell, expect the aroma of grapes, gooseberries, but also coconut, kiwi and tropical fruits. Of course, we have not forgotten about the bitterness, which cannot be missing to balance such a unique spring-summer beer.

The very name of the beer – Swell refers to brewers who in equal, big waves pour wonderful New Zealand hops into the tank: Motueka, Motuere, Riwaka and – of course – Nelson Sauvin, to catch the perfect balance between the intensity and delicacy of a bitter, dry lager.

For the uninitiated: a swell is a series of mechanical or surface waves, generated by distant weather systems, propagating thousands of miles across oceans and seas.

PRODUCENT -  Trzech Kumpli

Our approach is very simple. This is how we started and this is how we will always brew. Beer is always in the first place for us - it must be of the highest quality. Brewed without haste, carefully thought out and refined. Without any flaws. Exactly what we would like to drink ourselves. Our ambition is to boast world-class beer. How do we do it? First of all, we use the best quality ingredients - excellent malt, super aromatic and maximum fresh hops from the USA, New Zealand, Australia, Germany, the Czech Republic and Poland. Our yeast gets perfect conditions for a healthy, turbulent and clean fermentation, and the immaculately clean and devoid of oxygen-killing bottling completes the work. Simple, right?
