We missed such a pile, but in our collection. The idea behind it is inversely proportional to the reverence that our graphic designer has put into the label design. The beer has a simple composition, ferments healthily and stormily, and of course it is abundantly hopped cold with hop varieties that have carried us away completely – Galaxy from Australia and Nelson Sauvin and Motueka from New Zealand. The aroma is a riot of tropics, citrus, but also white wine, which some may associate with the smell of kerosene. Somewhere in the background looming kiwi and coconut.
If this is what the trip from New Zealand through the Tasman Sea to Tassie, or Tasmania, Australia, smells like, then we just packed our backpacks!

Our approach is very simple. This is how we started and this is how we will always brew. Beer is always in the first place for us - it must be of the highest quality. Brewed without haste, carefully thought out and refined. Without any flaws. Exactly what we would like to drink ourselves. Our ambition is to boast world-class beer. How do we do it? First of all, we use the best quality ingredients - excellent malt, super aromatic and maximum fresh hops from the USA, New Zealand, Australia, Germany, the Czech Republic and Poland. Our yeast gets perfect conditions for a healthy, turbulent and clean fermentation, and the immaculately clean and devoid of oxygen-killing bottling completes the work. Simple, right?
