Brewing Belgian IPA is always a dilemma. Should there be more Belgium, i.e. characteristic fruity notes from Belgian yeast? Or more America: a strong, IPA-characteristic bitterness and a thrilling citrus-resinous aroma?

We chose Belgium because of an innate weakness for its brewing tradition, but also because there are enough classic IPAs in our country…

In Goedemorgen , the aroma of fruit comes to the fore – peaches, oranges, but also the slightly pinching aroma of pepper and herbs. This is Belgian yeast. Then citrus comes to the fore – grapefruit, lemons, limes – it’s American hops. All this is connected by a cookie-caramel fragrance coming from lightly roasted malts. The taste is similar, but there is also a bold, but pure and short bitterness.

PRODUCENT -  Trzech Kumpli

Our approach is very simple. This is how we started and this is how we will always brew. Beer is always in the first place for us - it must be of the highest quality. Brewed without haste, carefully thought out and refined. Without any flaws. Exactly what we would like to drink ourselves. Our ambition is to boast world-class beer. How do we do it? First of all, we use the best quality ingredients - excellent malt, super aromatic and maximum fresh hops from the USA, New Zealand, Australia, Germany, the Czech Republic and Poland. Our yeast gets perfect conditions for a healthy, turbulent and clean fermentation, and the immaculately clean and devoid of oxygen-killing bottling completes the work. Simple, right?
