We produce our own fresh yeast directly in the brewery in Humpolec.
We use water from our wells, which has ideal properties for brewing beer.
The best bitterness of Czech hops gives our beer the right bitterness and aroma.
The most important ingredient in Bernard beer is love and honest craftsmanship. Beer quality and good relations are more important to us than production volume and profit.
