Artisanal cider from ancient apple varieties, macerated on the skins of grapes of the Gewurztraminer variety. The product is 100% natural. Does not contain sulfates, unfiltered and not pasteurized with natural sediment.
Cider produced by slow fermentation (approx. 3 months) at low temperature. After bottling and closing with a natural stopper, refermented in a bottle and matured approx. 6 months. Cider is not pasteurized or filtered.
EYE: Golden color slightly broken with orange.
NOSE: Refreshing, fruity intensity, delicate stone.
MOUTH: Essential, refreshing, intense acidity.

Cider Smykan is the work of the four founders of the Slow Flow Group. Wyspowy, as the name refers, is created in the Beskid Wyspowy in the agritourism of the Lorków family - Koziarnia. For the production of this cider, apple juice from old apple varieties - ruby, melanoza, eliza and champion was used. The cider is dry, undergoes double fermentation (the second takes place in the bottle), is unpasteurized and naturally cloudy.
