CIDER ZYWER PAŃSKIE

Panskie Cider is a dry calm cider with a light, slightly iridescent color and delicate aromas ending with a noble finish. This blend is dominated by kronselka and Malinówka Oberlandzka – old varieties with tender and juicy flesh. This unfiltered cider is slightly cloudy, and therefore complex and essential, with a hint of bitter spices on the finish. Although it is not a single-varietal cider, the predominance of raspberry blend with its ripe tender flesh meant that despite the long aging, the liquor remained slightly iridescent.

Our Lipnik is a small village, the recent history of which is connected with the Łastowiecki family. In the first decade of the twentieth century, Adam Łastowiecki built a brick Art Nouveau manor house in Lipnik and expanded the estate by several farm buildings. Along with the manor house, a garden and an apple orchard were created, which we host today.

After World War II, as a result of the agrarian reform, the estate was parcelled out among landless peasants. But the memory of the former owners is still alive today – the lands of the former manor estate are the so-called “manor estates”. Yours.

A large apple orchard, which was founded by Adam Łastowiecki, provides us with delicious fruit to this day. By using the manor orchard, we wanted to remind its former owners.
