Lambic is one of the oldest beers in the world. According to some, it is also the best, even if its characteristic acidity will not satisfy all palate. To balance this acidity, some decided to add sugar to it. This is how Faro-Lambic was born. Adding sugar syrup to lambics was a revelation in Bruegel’s time. (Some even argue that without Faro-Lambic, Bruegel would have been devoid of inspiration and would have remained a mere amateur painter whose canvases could not even have been sold at the flea market.) Until the nineteenth century, Faro-Lambic was very common in the Brussels region. There, folklore was often associated with it, and the divine liquid flowed like water. Then Faro-Lambic fell into oblivion. It wasn’t until 1978 that our family returned to the stage. Or center Senne as you prefer. Especially appreciated after physical exertion, Faro-Lambic is not only easy to drink, but it gives pleasure.

In the fields, workers drank faro-lambic to regain their strength. Today, our Faro-Lambic is the perfect beer for regeneration after physical exertion. This is the favorite drink of amateur cyclists!
