Sherry Shadow is an Imperial Baltic Porter, aged for a year in ex-sherry casks and for 3 months in ex-Heaven Hill bourbon casks, where it has acquired an intense, noble taste and aroma of oak, dried red fruits, plums and molasses. The distinctive notes coming from the barrel, such as vanilla and coconut, have been enhanced by the addition of real shredded coconut and vanilla pods to the beer after the aging process. This has created a kind of aroma concert that will reveal new, complex flavors to you during each moment of tasting.
