Deep In Stout is a combination of Imperial Stout, which was aged for two years in Buffalo Trace casks, and Pastry Imperial Stout, a double dark distillate that was aged for 10 months in Jim Beam and Wild Turkey casks. It is an intense, strong and dense beer, full of noble notes of vanilla and oak, which come straight from the barrels. Delicate accents of bourbon and coconut go perfectly with them. It’s a clean, folded version that’s perfect for tasting and aging for longer!
