Plum Depths is an experiment that many people will enjoy! It is a long-aged beer in the style of Imperial Baltic Porter, filled with a full set of caramel, roasted and chocolate malts, among which there is a delicate addition of wheat malt with a dragon, which slightly smoothes the texture of the beer and enhances its warming character. The base, full of roasted and smoky notes, has gained an intense, pleasant complexity, and the addition of hand-smoked plums has introduced a subtle, noble note and a unique, complex aroma.
