Eclipse Elixir is a unique beer from the birthday series, prepared on the occasion of the ninth birthday of the Stu Mostów Brewery!
It is an unusual blend of two Imperial Stouts, which were carefully matured in the brewery Barrel Room. The first one is Pastry Imperial Stout, which has been aged for over 2 years in Buffalo Trace casks. The second is the double-mashed Imperial Stout, which spent nearly a year in Jim Beam and Wild Turkey casks.
These two liquors are characterized by extraordinary intensity, strength and density. The first was created by using a huge amount of malts and a lengthy cooking process, which resulted in a high extract. The second one has undergone the “double mashing” process, which further emphasizes its unique character.
In this version of Eclipse Elixir, it enhances its strong, dessert-like flavor profile. This was achieved by infusing coffee beans from the Salvador Apaneca variety and cocoa beans from the Sao Tome variety. In addition, the beer has been perfectly complemented by maple syrup, which emphasizes the caramel and dessert notes, creating a real delight for the palate. This beer is a real delicacy for lovers of strong and rich flavors.
