Full of bold, tropical flavors of grapefruit, passion fruit, apricot and peach, this unfiltered IPA, inspired by the style of the New England IPA, is an attack on the senses. Carefully selected hop blend provides an intense citrus aroma while adding a well-balanced but mild bitterness. Malts are combined to ensure a smooth feeling in the mouth.
We added many different varieties of hops at the end of boiling to get the wonderful aroma and flavor we expected from this beer. The next two stages of dry hopping with Citra and Amarillo hops give the beer a fruity aroma and tropical taste. Abundant additions of wheat, crystal and carbide make this beer very smooth.
