The Hop Adventure series was created to showcase some of the most interesting hops from around the world. With this in mind, we designed a beer that would allow hops to bring out the fullness of their flavor and aroma. The style of brewed beer is one India Pale Ale hops, which means that one hop was used for bitterness, aroma and several rounds of dry hopping.
This edition presents Strata – a completely new variety of hops that has gained wide recognition and for good reason! Strata has a complexity that is ideal for a single hopped beer, providing vibrant aromas of pineapple, peach stone fruit, and spicy citrus, along with subtle herbal and hemp notes.
Late additions of the hot side bring out layers of rounded, tropical and bright, fresh fruit; Dry hopping gives you more grapefruit and hemp. Not bad also with roasted malts.
