Beer in Berliner Weisse style is a real journey in time and a taste surprise. Brewed since the sixteenth century. in Hamburg and then in Berlin, where its production reached its peak in the nineteenth century. It was then that Napoleon’s soldiers became fond of this beer and apparently it was then that it began to be served with raspberry juice. In the twentieth century, the style declined and only the last decade saw the return of Berliner Weisse thanks to brewers-craftsmen. We decided to present you a very classic “Berliner” without any additions, because only then you can get to know this style in its full glory. Expect intense fruity and sour aromas, low bitterness and fantastic refreshment.

Remark! Berliner Weisse is a very sour beer! Do not be afraid, all is well with him

Be sure to try a fortified version of the same beer, to which we added raspberry juice –
Imperial Berliner Weisse with raspberries
. Sour

PRODUCENT -  Trzech Kumpli

Our approach is very simple. This is how we started and this is how we will always brew. Beer is always in the first place for us - it must be of the highest quality. Brewed without haste, carefully thought out and refined. Without any flaws. Exactly what we would like to drink ourselves. Our ambition is to boast world-class beer. How do we do it? First of all, we use the best quality ingredients - excellent malt, super aromatic and maximum fresh hops from the USA, New Zealand, Australia, Germany, the Czech Republic and Poland. Our yeast gets perfect conditions for a healthy, turbulent and clean fermentation, and the immaculately clean and devoid of oxygen-killing bottling completes the work. Simple, right?
