We brewed three beers in classic Belgian styles, which made us fall in love with the beer world without memory. Dubbel, Tripel and Quadrupel form the “Belgian triptych” of Three Buddies.
The opening Dubbel series is an amber beer, slightly misty, with a complex aroma derived from the work of Belgian yeast and a rich blend of malts. You will feel smoked plums, raisins, but also dried cherries interspersed with caramel and toasted aromas. The whole is fastened by a slightly spice-peppery accent and a nice malty fullness. Be careful, because this beer is treacherously strong!
Be sure to try the other beers from the Belgian series.
