The result of our experiments and search for a suitable yeast strain, which was to give us non-scratching juiciness and pleasant dustiness while drinking. The yeast did a great job and during fermentation gave phenomenal tropical aromas to the beer and built a surprising feeling of juiciness. Of course, all this without the addition of any aromas, because – as usual – we poured hops lightly.
