Our first Single Hop is based on the most recognizable hops of the world beer revolution – Mosaic. Since its debut in 2012, it has instantly won the recognition of both brewers and fans of beer craftsmanship. To this day, millions of liters of beer have been brewed with it.
Hops Mosaic owes its name to phenomenal complexity, which, like a real mosaic, is arranged in a colorful and complex picture. Judge for yourself – its most frequently mentioned aromas are: citrus (mandarin, grapefruit), tropical (mango, guava), fruit (berry), but also floral, earthy and resinous. Let’s add the fact that Mosaic contains a lot of alpha acids, i.e. compounds that introduce bitterness into beer in the brewing process. It is therefore an ideal set of features to consider Mosaica as hops created for brewing juicy and at the same time bitter IPAs.
Check for yourself how we managed to achieve a balance between the “fluffiness” of beer and dryness and drinkability in Full Mosaic!

PRODUCENT -  Trzech Kumpli

Our approach is very simple. This is how we started and this is how we will always brew. Beer is always in the first place for us - it must be of the highest quality. Brewed without haste, carefully thought out and refined. Without any flaws. Exactly what we would like to drink ourselves. Our ambition is to boast world-class beer. How do we do it? First of all, we use the best quality ingredients - excellent malt, super aromatic and maximum fresh hops from the USA, New Zealand, Australia, Germany, the Czech Republic and Poland. Our yeast gets perfect conditions for a healthy, turbulent and clean fermentation, and the immaculately clean and devoid of oxygen-killing bottling completes the work. Simple, right?
