Mediterranean pils, a bottom-fermented beer brewed from malt and hops grown in the Mediterranean. We focused on wonderfully rich, but at the same time delicate malt from barley growing in the vicinity of Venice and Slovenian hops, which gave unusual floral notes to beer: lilac and violet, but also earthy, resinous and herbal. This very fascinating aromatic and flavor composition has been supplemented with hoppy bitterness “to the point” – not too low or too high, just such as to close this beer as extremely drinkable.
Perfect especially for a hot day, which will bring back memories of a trip to the area of the Italian “shoe”.

Our yeast gets perfect conditions for a healthy, turbulent and clean fermentation, and the immaculately clean and devoid of oxygen-killing bottling completes the work. Simple, right?
