Another beer for the Our New IPA Needs No Introduction series! This time Citrus Session Juicy IPA. Sounds complicated? We are already translating!
Citrus – because we used citrus zestu, which is very thinly peeled peels of oranges, lemons and grapefruits, which give a slightly different aroma and tropical taste than American hops.
Session – because in this edition we wanted maximum drunkenness (session), so we chose as the “base for beer” a lighter branch of the IPA family.
Juicy – because this is how we arranged the malt and flake charge and so we selected the yeast and fermentation profile to obtain a pleasant juiciness and velvety.
