Our New IPA Needs No Introduction is a series of beers that we will brew in only one style. But what! India Pale Ale is the flagship beer style of the brewing revolution, which has been going on in the world since the seventies of the last century. IPA has dozens of variations, approaches, schools, substyles. We open our series with Ultra West Coast IPA.
The beer is highly extracted, high alcoholic, with bitterness at a very high level, packed with aromatic hops: Amarillo, which is a wonderful classic, the newer Idaho 7 and the newest actor in our hop theater: Zappa.
In Our New IPA Needs No Introduction we focus on limited means of expression in graphics and in the description of beer, or “sea story”. So a little different than usual with us.
