Christmas set of three beers of the Racibórz Castle Brewery:
- Grzaniec Raciborski
- Winter Honey
- Fortress Spicy
Ingredients: water, barley malt, bitter and aromatic hops
Malt (i.e. germinated and dried malting barley grain) produced in a traditional threshing floor malting plant is brought to us by tankers and stored in a silo, from it goes to a grinding machine in which it is crushed. When we have the right amount of malt shot-blasted, pour water into the mash vat and pour the malt into it to form a mash. During the mashing process, the starch contained in the grain is transformed into sugars fermentable by yeast – transformed at further stages into alcohol and carbon dioxide and non-fermentable, giving the beer fullness and sweetness.

PRODUCENT - Wąsosz
The brewery in Wąsosz was established in 1994 as one of the first modern small brewhouses in Poland. After a few years of production hiatus, it was revived in June 2014. Thanks to the work of many people, including a large part of the old crew, it has returned to full production capacity and has already undergone the first expansions. Currently, we create several different beers for you and occasionally host contract breweries looking for free production capacity.
