After the fermentation process at low temperature, this cider is not subjected to filtration. This follows the traditional approach, which preserves the natural deposits and character of the cider.
It is important that Unfiltered Honey Cider Lubelski does not contain any additional dyes or artificial flavors. All taste and color come exclusively from natural ingredients used during production. In addition, like all products of Cyder Lubelski, it is not made from concentrate, but only from freshly pressed apple juice.
Lublin ciders, including the Unfiltered Honey variant, are also gluten-free, which means that they can be consumed by people with gluten intolerance.
