This beer is brewed from the inspiration of both the Belgian Wit and IPA. The combination of Belgian yeast strain and orange peel additives with hops used in IPA results in a very fruity and refreshing beer, ideal for summer.
White IPA is a relatively new style of beer, which – judging the book by its cover – looks like two types of beers colliding with each other. However, in the case of White IPA, the combination of Belgian Wit features and IPA hops results in a truly unique beer that definitely deserves its own category. The best of both quite different styles become more expressive and at the same time pleasantly balance. A special Belgian yeast strain gives fruit esters that perfectly intensify and perfectly complement the citrus and tropical aroma and hop flavors. Dry hops make the flavor last longer, which is welcome in a beer as fruity and refreshing as this.
