We decided to maniacally infuse the next IPA with our favorite hop varieties . To the vats and tanks flew classic Americans Citra and Mosaic, the wonderful Australian Galaxy, the wonderfully controversial New Zealander Nelson Sauvin and the latest star of American hop farms Sabro.
The beer is definitely different than all our previous beers, especially since it was fermented with a fairly experimental yeast mixture. It can therefore be considered that hopping, we ran amok.
And how did it go? Juicy. Striking are the tropical-citrus aromas and unique taste. White grapes and strong fruit and coconut aromas stand out in the foreground.
First brewing: February 2019
Ingredients: Water, barley malt, wheat, oatmeal, hops, yeast.

Our yeast gets perfect conditions for a healthy, turbulent and clean fermentation, and the immaculately clean and devoid of oxygen-killing bottling completes the work. Simple, right?
