Full Riwaka is a beer solidly packed with New Zealand Riwaka hops – a real white raven of world brewing. It is difficult to access, expensive, but if we were to choose only one representative reflecting the character of hops from the Land of the Long White Cloud, it would be Riwaka. This cult variety first came into the hands of brewers in 1997 and immediately made New Zealand hop makers famous all over the world.

The aroma of Riwaki is primarily citrus, including the rare kumquat, a fruit resembling a small orange with an edible, sweet skin and a slightly wine taste. Drinking Full Riwaka you will also feel the whole riot of tropical fruits with passion fruit at the forefront and delicate floral notes. Thanks to a large amount of flakes and oat malt in the backfill, the beer is velvety, even creamy, but at the same time not “sticky” and “pulp”. So both those who like drier Hazy IPA, as well as those who are looking for a round, fruity beer profile should be satisfied.

Cheers!

PRODUCENT -  Trzech Kumpli

Our approach is very simple. This is how we started and this is how we will always brew. Beer is always in the first place for us - it must be of the highest quality. Brewed without haste, carefully thought out and refined. Without any flaws. Exactly what we would like to drink ourselves. Our ambition is to boast world-class beer. How do we do it? First of all, we use the best quality ingredients - excellent malt, super aromatic and maximum fresh hops from the USA, New Zealand, Australia, Germany, the Czech Republic and Poland. Our yeast gets perfect conditions for a healthy, turbulent and clean fermentation, and the immaculately clean and devoid of oxygen-killing bottling completes the work. Simple, right?
