It feels like yesterday when we released Batch 1000, a beer that turned out to be one of our most successful IPAs, and a beer that seems to have a cult following of fans who insist we bring it back – which we’ve done a few times before. And before that, there was Party One and Party 500, in a time that now seems like antiquity, and then came the Party of 2000. But now we’re at the Lot of 3000. We’ve picked some of our favorite hops, some of which you may be familiar with from Batch 1000, and used them in a trendy, cloudy IPA. But it’s a big IPA. We would like to dedicate this beer to true fans of Amager Bryghus. To those who show up at our events, whether it’s at the brewery or at festivals around the world, and to those who appreciate our beers and what we stand for. To those who understand true and consistent quality and are not inclined to catch cheap thrills or the latest fashion around the corner. To those who actually buy our beers – more than once. To my colleagues, we welcome you. And as we’ve said many times before, you made us who we are – and we wouldn’t be here without you. Thank you!

PRODUCENT -  Amager

Amager Bryghus is a Danish microbrewery located on the island of Amager. It was founded in 2007 by Morten Valentin Lundsbak and Jacob Storm in an old warehouse formerly owned by the Church of Scientology. His first beer to make the Ratebeer Top 50 list was an Imperial Stout called Hr. Frederiksen. This particular beer was created to celebrate a friend of the owners, Peter Frederiksen, who helped them set up the brewery throughout the year. Thanks to the success of Mr. Frederiksen, they established cooperation with Shelton Brothers and began exporting to the United States. Since 2009, they have been on the list of the 100 best Ratebeer breweries.
