The ART+72 cooperative from Browar Stu Mostów and Pomona Island is an approach to the New England IPA style with an accent on the malty side. Most of the ingredients are wheat malt, which you’ll notice in the thicker, more stable foam and in the tender and refreshing body. Underneath the beer are intense citrus and fruity aromas, coming from Motueka hops, HBC 586, Mosaic and Motueka SubZero Hop Kief. With dry hopping, in addition to the dominant citrus freshness, you will also find notes of pear, gooseberry, herbal, and resinous in the background.
