Another installment of the wild, unpredictable series “Bière de soif”, in which we experiment within three worlds: beer, wine and cider. We managed to achieve the vanilla-cherry taste of “Fourteen” thanks to Madagascar vanilla beans and local cherries “Lutówka”. The solid base of Wild #14 Bière de soif Cherry Vanilla is our barrel-aged Saison style base.

Beers from the WILD line are completely unusual, in their mixed fermentation a whole lot of wild yeast and bacteria are involved. These are unique hybrids, acting as bridges between the worlds of wine, cider and beer.
The final product is the result of “cooperation” of our Saison base matured in barrels with a huge number of local cherries “Łutówka” (also known as Schattenmorelle or Chatel Morel) from the Ireneusz Rudnicki Farm and vanilla from Madagascar.
Unpasteurized beer was conditioned in bottles. We brewed them in January 2020. Wild has an incredibly intense, vibrant, cherry color and a pinkish, long-lasting foam. It can be associated with fruit lambic beers, French Pet Nats wines and pastry beers.
