Cydrownia Chyliczki, founded in 2014 as a family business, retains this character to this day. The key assumptions of the cider house are the high quality of raw materials, the artisanal method of production and the long-term maturation process so that the cider reaches its full value.
Cider settings in Cydrownia Chyliczki are prepared once a year, when the apples reach their maximum maturity on the trees. Traditional production methods similar to those used for sparkling wines are used. Then the cider ferments for many months to achieve its characteristic properties.
Apples used for settings come from old Mazovian orchards, where intensive chemical protection is not used. Although these apples may be small, they achieve extremely intense aromas and flavors thanks to the natural ripening process. The quality of the raw material is crucial for obtaining high quality cider.
In the cider house, the production process lasts from 8 months to several years, because the apple is a fruit that needs time to ripen. It is the right time that allows you to transfer the unique qualities of the raw material to the final drink.
Cydrownia Chyliczki is involved in the cider production process, taking care of the quality of raw materials, using artisanal methods and devoting the right time to maturation to create unique ciders that please the palates of lovers of this drink.
