Our approach is very simple. This is how we started and this is how we will always brew. Beer is always in the first place for us – it must be of the highest quality. Brewed without haste, carefully thought out and refined. Without any flaws. Exactly what we would like to drink ourselves. Our ambition is to boast world-class beer. How do we do it?
First of all, we use the best quality ingredients – excellent malt, super aromatic and maximum fresh hops from the USA, New Zealand, Australia, Germany, the Czech Republic and Poland. Our yeast gets perfect conditions for a healthy, turbulent and clean fermentation, and the immaculately clean and devoid of oxygen-killing bottling completes the work. Simple, right?
