The black cat – or in the local language the sith cat – is a fairy-tale creature, always known for its white spot on the chest and the size of an adult dog. Known to haunt the Scottish highlands, the Scots feared him, especially at the time of his death. If the corpse hadn’t already been buried before the Black Cat appeared, it would have stolen your soul before the gods devoured it. A soulless spirit remained, doomed to eternal wanderings on the border of Heaven and Hell. Oh yes, the Cat Noir is a beast that is mainly to be feared. Temperamental like most cats and risky. Some households feared that only a steady supply of fresh milk to the barn in a special Black Cat saucer would bring them happiness. And those farms that would not display a saucer of milk would be cursed if all their dairy cows dried up.

PRODUCENT - Amager
Amager Bryghus is a Danish microbrewery located on the island of Amager. It was founded in 2007 by Morten Valentin Lundsbak and Jacob Storm in an old warehouse formerly owned by the Church of Scientology. His first beer to make the Ratebeer Top 50 list was an Imperial Stout called Hr. Frederiksen. This particular beer was created to celebrate a friend of the owners, Peter Frederiksen, who helped them set up the brewery throughout the year. Thanks to the success of Mr. Frederiksen, they established cooperation with Shelton Brothers and began exporting to the United States. Since 2009, they have been on the list of the 100 best Ratebeer breweries.
